Lost/damaged baggage 

In case of lost or damaged baggage, it is necessary to fill in the P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report) at the Baggage Assistance Office (Lost & Found) before leaving the baggage delivery hall. 

For the delivery of lost baggage, you will be contacted directly when your baggage arrives at the airport.

For information refer to the contacts indicated on the P.I.R. or check the handling company of the airline you traveled with. (GH Napoli or Aviation Services)
