The Passenger Rights Charter, issued by ENAC (National Civil Aviation Authority) is an information and updating tool on the main rights and forms of protection provided for passengers in the event of air transport disruptions.

The Charter of Services, published annually by GESAC according to ENAC (National Civil Aviation Authority) guidelines, provides information on the services offered at the airport, the quality levels achieved in the previous year and the levels of service that the airport is committed to achieve in the current year.
