All communication will be filed in the Feedback Management database. GESAC will reply to the customer who has left a contact within 28 days from the date of the feedback receipt, providing information on the investigations and any actions undertaken. If suggestions concerns services not provided by Gesac Spa, such as flight delays/cancellations, lost baggage, etc., we will provide you with the proper contacts.
