GE.S.A.C. promotes sound and responsible management practices and, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, provides dedicated internal reporting channels for potential breaches of national and European Union legislation that may cause harm or damage to the Company.
Who Can Submit a Report
Reports may be submitted by individuals operating within the Company's work-related context, including employees, self-employed workers, collaborators, professionals, consultants, volunteers, trainees, shareholders, and individuals performing administrative, managerial, supervisory, oversight or representative functions.
Reports may be submitted before, during or after the termination of the legal relationship, provided that the information was obtained within the relevant work-related or pre-contractual context.
How to Submit a Report
Reports can be submitted through the dedicated platform at https://whistleblowinggesac.segnalazioni.net, either in writing or orally, including by requesting a face-to-face meeting.
Reports may be submitted either by disclosing the whistleblower's identity or anonymously.
What Can Be Reported
Reports may concern conduct, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, including administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offences, as well as violations falling within the scope of Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, the Company's Model 231 and applicable European Union legislation.
Reporting Requirements
Reports must be sufficiently detailed and supported by specific and consistent evidence, including the dates and locations of the events, a description of the facts and any information useful for identifying the individuals involved.
Receipt and Handling of Reports
Reports are handled by the Whistleblowing Committee or, where members of the Whistleblowing Committee or the Supervisory Body are involved, or in the event of a conflict of interest, by the Ethics Committee.
Reports concerning potential violations of Model 231 are shared with the Supervisory Body through the dedicated platform for the necessary assessments within its remit.
Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and the Whistleblowing Decree, ensuring the confidentiality of the identities of the individuals involved and the security of data processing.
