ENAC – the Italian Civil Aviation Authority – has launched “F-Air Play,” a new communication campaign aimed at passengers. The goal is to promote respectful and responsible behaviour both at the airport and on board, ensuring a safer, more inclusive, and more pleasant travel experience for everyone.
What does it mean to travel fair?
It means respecting fellow passengers, flight crews, and ground staff – as well as everyone's time and personal space.
It means following the rules, but also being mindful and aware of your actions
It means working together to help make flying safer and more enjoyable for all.
The initiative is part of the European “Unruly Passengers” campaign, promoted by EASA, and aims to prevent disruptive or aggressive behaviour that, especially during peak travel periods, can put the safety and well-being of others at risk.
