Contemporary art takes centre stage once again in Naples with Artecinema, the international film festival bringing a selection of documentaries dedicated to leading figures in art, photography, architecture and design to Teatro San Carlo and Teatro Augusteo from 8 to 11 October.
Four days of screenings and encounters offering an opportunity to explore creative expression and the major challenges facing contemporary society through the eyes of artists and filmmakers.
GESAC is proud to renew its support for the festival as main sponsor, helping to bring art beyond the cinema screen. Through the “Progetti in volo” initiative, Artecinema also reaches schools in the neighbourhoods surrounding the airport, giving students the opportunity to meet internationally renowned artists and discover new forms of creative expression through cinema.
