How can I get to the airport from the train station?
AMN's "Alibus" provides service from the station to the airport, or you can take a taxi. For information about the bus service go to: www.anm.it

How can I get from the city centre to the Airport?
AMN's "Alibus" also provides service from Naples city centre to the airport. There are two stops: the first is at the central station and the second is at the port/Piazza Municipio. Otherwise, you can take a taxi

What documents do I need for my trip?
At check-in you need to present your paper or electronic ticket and a valid document (passport or National Identification Card) as well as any visas or special vaccinations required by your country of destination

Can I carry liquids in my carry-on bag?
The transport of liquids, gelatinous and creamy substances is allowed but subject to certain restrictions. These substances may only be carried in containers of 100 ml or less which have been placed in a closed, re-sealable transparent bag for a total of no more than a litre.

What items are prohibited in carry-on bags?
You cannot carry anything which might constitute a makeshift weapon such as scissors, pointed objects, nail files etc. neither explosive, toxic or corrosive substances or guns or knives.

How can I request special assistance?
Special assistance should be requested from your selected airline or travel agent when making reservations or at least 48 hours prior to departure. It is important that the airline be provided with detailed information regarding all your special needs. Assistance is free and the airline is responsible for informing all involved airports.

Who should I contact if my baggage is lost?
In the event your baggage is lost or damaged, you must fill in the required PIR (Property Irregularity Report) form at the Lost&Found offices of your airline's ground handling company. The Lost&Found office in question will contact you directly when your baggage is located. For information, contact the number indicated on your P.I.R. form .

Who should I contact If I lose personal belongings at the airport?
If you lose an object anywhere in the airport area (from the car parks to the boarding area) you can contact: oggettismarriti@gesac.it. Be sure to specify the date and area where you lost your belongings and provide a detailed description as well as your contact numbers

Who do I ask for information?
For information regarding flights and airport services, go to Customer Service, located on the ground floor, in the Arrivals Area which is open every day from 4.30 a.m-11.30 p.m. You can contact us also on chat , at number  081-7896259 , or send a tweet 

For tourist information and materials instead, you can go to the Ufficio Turistico (Tourist Office) on the ground floor, in the Arrivals Area. Open every day from 9.00 a.m. -7.00 p.m. on weekdays /9.00 a.m.-5.00 p.m. weekends

How can I connect to the airport Wi-Fi network?
Naples International Airport offers complimentary, unlimited Wi-Fi service. To access, all you have to do is connect to naples_airport, open your browser (i.e. explorer, safari, chrome etc), insert the requested information and click "connect"

Is a parking area for motorcycles available?
The parking area for motorcycles is conveniently located near the P2 Car Park and the terminal. The rate is 1€ per hour, 7€ per day
