FLIGHT DELAY/CANCELLATION/DIVERSION AND AIRPORT OPERATIONS
In the event of flight delay/cancellation/diversion and/or problems with airport operations, passengers may request an official certificate which will be sent only if all the information has been properly provided.
Certificates will be issued and sent via certified electronic post to the address provided in the request form no later than 28 days from the date of reception. The request form can be accessed by clicking on “Request Certificate”.
GE.S.A.C. S.p.A assumes no responsibility whatsoever in relation to false and/or misleading declarations presented by the applicant or for any improper use of the provided certificate for purposes other than those related to regulations aimed at the protection of passengers and their privacy.
